Selections are tailored to each homeowner—interior and exterior finishes, curated through client meetings and coordinated with field teams. Includes full material schedules, mood boards, and procurement-ready documentation to streamline construction and ensure a cohesive, personalized result.

OUR PROCESS

Project Kickoff
We meet with the builder (and homeowner, if applicable) to review scope, timeline, and design goals. We clarify budget, lifestyle needs, and any architectural constraints.

Client Meetings & Design Direction
Through collaborative meetings, we define the aesthetic direction and begin selecting interior and exterior finishes—flooring, tile, cabinetry, plumbing, lighting, hardware, paint, and more.

Finish Selections & Documentation
All selections are compiled into organized finish schedules, mood boards, and procurement-ready documents. We ensure compatibility with build timelines and contractor requirements.

Builder + Field Coordination
We coordinate directly with the GC, site supervisor, and trades to confirm availability, lead times, and installation details—minimizing delays and surprises.

Final Review & Handoff
Once selections are finalized and approved, we provide a complete finish package for the builder and client, ready for procurement and implementation.

Billing
Design services for new construction and custom builds are billed per square foot, based on the size of the home and the scope of finish selections. This structure offers clarity and predictability for both builder and client, aligning fees with the scale of the project.
