Sourcing & Specifications
We source furnishings, fixtures, and finishes—including custom pieces when applicable. A detailed list of specifications and purchasing guidance is provided for transparency and ease.

Drawings & Documentation
Where needed, we create drawings or markups to support implementation—floor plans, elevations, lighting layouts, and installation notes to ensure seamless execution.

Final Styling & Support
We offer on-site visits during construction or furnishing phases and provide final styling to complete the space. Ongoing support is available throughout the project as needed.

Billing
Projects are billed in phases, aligned with key milestones in the design and execution process.
